Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA)

Overview
The Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA) is a 5-member body recommended by the Board of Supervisors and appointed by the Circuit Court for a 5-year term. The BZA hears and decides appeals on zoning cases and variances. In addition, the BZA is established to perform those duties as set forth in Virginia Code Section 15.2-2309 and Page County Code Section 125-56.
